We offer centralized IT issue and request management. Requests and communication can be managed through phone or email. Each request is marked with a unique identifier and clients are informed about the progress of request in a timely matter. In HelpDesk system, we register not only the requests the solving of which falls in Eddi competence, but also the questions falling in the competence of client’s cooperation partners and other service providers.
